Registration Terms & Conditions

By completing your registration with Morsink Soccer Academy, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Authorization
You authorize MSA to charge the payment method provided at the time of registration for the full amount due. For payment plans, you authorize MSA to charge installments on the agreed schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and valid.

Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, including participant name, date of birth, age group, and any relevant medical or health information.

Age & Program Eligibility
You confirm that the registered participant meets the age and eligibility requirements for the selected program. MSA reserves the right to move a participant to a more appropriate program if eligibility requirements are not met.

Program Changes
MSA reserves the right to modify program schedules, coaches, locations, or session details at any time. We will make every reasonable effort to notify registered participants of any significant changes in advance.

Waitlist
Registering for a waitlisted program does not guarantee enrollment. No payment is collected for waitlist registrations until a spot is confirmed and you are notified directly.

Communication Consent
By registering, you consent to receive program-related communications from MSA via email and app notification, including confirmations, schedule updates, and cancellation notices.

Agreement to MSA Policies
By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to MSA's Waiver of Liability and Release, Cancellation Policy, Code of Conduct, Footwear Policy, and Privacy Policy. These documents are available at morsinksoccer.com and are incorporated into these terms by reference.
